For over three decades, I have been at the center of the technology landscape in the Cayman Islands. My journey began in the trenches of enterprise IT, where I spent 31 years leading the technology operations for one of the island’s largest enterprise groups.
During that time, I guided teams through rapid digital shifts, managed complex vendor contracts, and oversaw the critical technology decisions that powered large-scale operations.

I founded ILS IT Advisory Services because I saw a recurring challenge for small and medium businesses in Grand Cayman. Most local firms require senior-level IT strategy to grow and stay secure, but they cannot justify the $150,000+ salary of a full-time IT Director.
